Once as order is received and confirmed, typical residential appraisals are delivered
within 5 working days.
The owner/borrower will be contacted within 24 hours to set an appointment.
If there are problems contacting the owner/borrower, you will be notified.
Inspection are typically set within 3 working days and reports delivered within
2 working days after successful propery inspection.
Any delays are communicated immediately. Appraisals over 1 million in value,
1 acre parcels, custom or semi customs may take longer.
